Terms of Service - Finalyzer AI (Demo)

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Finalyzer AI in its demo/evaluation form.

By accessing or using Finalyzer AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Operator

Finalyzer AI is operated by:

3. Demo-Only Service

Finalyzer AI is currently offered as a free demo and evaluation service.

  • Access is provided on request, typically after a call/demo session with the operator.
  • The service is not currently offered as a paid subscription product.
  • No automatic renewal, paid plan, or service level commitment (SLA) applies at this stage.

4. Purpose and Nature of the Service

Finalyzer AI is a technical tool for extracting and analyzing financial information from uploaded business documents.

The service is experimental and provided for evaluation purposes only. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

The service is provided strictly for evaluation and testing purposes.

Users should not rely on the platform for production workflows, regulatory reporting, or financial decision-making without independent verification.

5. No Professional Advice

Finalyzer AI does not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal, audit, or investment advice.

Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or misclassifications and must always be independently reviewed by qualified professionals before use in real decisions.

Outputs generated by automated systems may contain inaccuracies, misclassifications, or incomplete information. Users remain fully responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them.

6. User Accounts and Access

Access may require authentication through third-party providers (for example Google via Supabase Auth).

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your account credentials secure
  • all activity under your account
  • providing accurate information

The operator may suspend or revoke access in case of misuse, abuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

You must not:

  • upload documents you are not authorized to process
  • upload unlawful content
  • process confidential or personal data without proper legal basis/authorization
  • use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • interfere with, probe, or compromise platform security or infrastructure

8. Uploaded Content

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload and process all submitted content.

Users retain ownership of the documents they upload and the content they provide.

You remain solely responsible for uploaded content, related permissions, and legal compliance.

The operator does not proactively verify the legal validity of each uploaded document.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, code, workflows, models integration logic, branding, and platform components of Finalyzer AI remain the property of the operator or relevant licensors.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service only for internal evaluation of the demo.

You may not:

  • copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or proprietary logic, except where mandatory law expressly allows it
  • remove proprietary notices

10. Service Availability and Changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific uptime, or error-free operation.

The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the demo service at any time.

The operator may impose reasonable usage limits to ensure system stability and fair use during the demo phase.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator excludes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for:

  • inaccuracies in extracted or generated outputs
  • decisions made based on platform outputs
  • indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages
  • data loss, business interruption, or reputational loss resulting from use of the demo

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion/limitation is not allowed by mandatory law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • your uploaded content
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your unlawful or unauthorized use of the service

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

The operator may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for breach, security reasons, legal risk, or end of demo program.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

14. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by the Finalyzer AI Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory rights and protections that may apply under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

The operator may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective from their publication date (or a later date if specified). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
